As an all-volunteer organization composed of former Bernie Sanders for President supporters and Oregonians deeply committed to progressive values at home and abroad, BerniePDX urgently calls on our namesake, Senator Sanders, to immediately back a cease-fire in Israel and occupied Palestine.
Additionally, we urge all members of the Oregon federal congressional delegation to support Congresswoman Cori Bush’s Ceasefire Now Resolution. Hundreds of thousands of lives are at imminent risk if a cease-fire is not achieved and humanitarian aid is not delivered.
